TERMS & CONDITIONS

The contract for all transportation services and the booking of transportation services are between Fairway & Kenwood Car Service Ltd and is not between the driver and the passenger.

Bookings for Transportation Services can only be made through Fairway & Kenwood Car Service Ltd, (Via Telephone or via iPhone or Android App) and not through a driver or any unlicensed third-party sub-contractor.
Fairway & Kenwood Car Service Ltd takes responsibility and liability for all bookings and transportation services it endeavours to supply.

Fairway & Kenwood Car Service Ltd ensures that Drivers who carry out bookings hold valid Private Hire and Reward Insurance and hold up to date Transport for London (TFL) Driver and Vehicle Licences.

Fairway & Kenwood Car Service Ltd accept bookings on the basis that at the time of booking they were able to utilise any London licensed driver or operator licensed in London or operator covered by the Deregulation Act 2015 section 11 Private hire vehicles: sub-contracting regulations to perform the service and shall provide the name of such sub-contractor to the Customer upon request.

Fairway & Kenwood Car Service Ltd cannot guarantee the provision of the booked service under force majeure and circumstances beyond reasonable control.

Cancellations can only be carried out between Fairway & Kenwood Car Service Ltd and the booker and not through a driver or other licensed third-party sub-contractor.

Fares
All fares are quoted at the time of booking from point A to point B, any waiting time or deviation to the journey not stated at the time will incur additional costs.

Airport drop off or collection prices do not include car park / setting down fees or additional waiting time fees. Waiting time fees start 60 minutes after the plane lands. Waiting time is charged at £5 per 15 minutes equating to £20 per hour.
